Monthly Financial Reporting: A comprehensive monthly process that provides clients with a clear understanding of financial performance to increase their financial sophistication level.
   
Step 5.
Quarterly Performance Management Workshops:  Integrates strategic and tactical business planning with valuable insights provided by financial reporting.   The linkage between business intelligence and key decision making makes financial reporting “actionable” and leads to higher performance.
